Lectures & Events

Adults of all ages and abilities are invited to try their hand at drawing: develop new skills and techniques, unearth abilities you never knew you had and above all- never say you can't draw! This session will be led by award winning artist Grainne Dowling who is a regular exhibitor in the RHA, Íontas, Sligo; Claremorris Open, Mayo; Éigse,Carlow and the Watercolour Society of Ireland. She teaches in the National Print Museum and the National Gallery of Ireland.

This class will explore the Gallery's beautiful surroundings in People's Park, which is viewable from the workshop's unique venue, as inspiration for landscape studies.

Adults of all abilities are welcome. Admittance is free of charge and on a first come first served basis. All equipment and materials are provided.
